In the aftermath of the massacre at Va Tech, I was, on Friday morning, stunned to hear the nationally broadcast announcement for churches to ring their bells for 32 students at noon. We, at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Greenfield, MA, rang our bells 33 times.
