In a small town called Woodbury, in western Connecticut, there lives a thriving Unitarian Universalist congregation called Mattatuck UU Society. Founded in 1980, it is a source of liberal religious thought and compassion for one another and for the community.

Rev. Jeanne's former Unitarian Universalist congregation, located on Main St. in Greenfield, MA. Formed in 1825, it has long been the standard-bearer for liberal religion in the north central region of Massachusetts. It's people love to laugh and love music . . . a great combination!

Jeanne was ordained to the UU ministry on May 18, 2003, by the Universalist Church of West Hartford and the Unitarian Universalist Society: East (of Manchester, CT).
Congregations United for Racial Equality & Justice
Founded by Rev. Jeanne Lloyd, who served as its consultant from 1999 to 2003.
The Religion & Spirituality Division of the AAIDD (American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) is an interfaith, interdisciplinary association of professional ordained and lay people who journey with persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
Jeanne founded "Greater Hartford UU's Against Racism" (GHUUAR), which later became the interfaith coalition: 'Congregations United for Race Equality and Justice' (CUREJ). CUREJ crosses socioeconomic, theological and racial classifications to work on issues of racial justice. The coalition is made up of the three Unitarian Universalist Congregations located in the Hartford, CT area, an A.M.E. Church, and a Baptist Church.
